On our journey across the country, we always look for fun and exciting things to do and we can honestly say there is no better way to spend Sunday morning then at the Goods and Goats Market in San Juan Capistrano, CA.
From incredible shopping, everything from local artisans. Kids giggling on zip lines, goats Bahhaing and grown-ups whisked back to their childhood during a class of goat yoga.
Did we do yoga? You bet!
Do goats really climb all over you? Yep!
Would I do it again? Absafrickinglutely!
One of the craziest, funniest, weirdest things I’ve ever done, but what a blast. It actually feels a little bit like a massage when a goat is walking across your back! They might chose to gallantly stand there the whole class, or they may hop from one person to the next, but don't be surprise if they suddenly launch themselves with reckless abandonment into the air.
The ultimate accomplishment is to start with them on your back in the cobra positionand make it all the way to standing up and having them still on your shoulders!
So if you’re looking for something fun and exciting, whether it be a date, an entire family, or just a bunch of friends, it is well worth the trip to Goodson goats market where they don’t say Namaste they say Bahamaste!
